Queensland Government investing in brighter future for the Sunshine Coast
Attendance records were broken at the recent Sunshine Coast Community Cabinet at Caloundra where Premier Steven Miles emphasised the Queensland Government’s commitment to the region.
There were 256 registrations for one-to-one deputations to meet with the Premier and Ministers to discuss local priorities, and 199 residents registered for the Town Hall meeting – 455 bookings for the biggest ever Community Cabinet!
The Queensland Government is investing billions of dollars to enhance the Sunshine Coast lifestyle, including cost of living supports, community safety such as the new police helicopter, improved housing options, better school facilities for younger Queenslanders, and a new wildlife park.
The Sunshine Coast is a Queensland jewel, and the new investments ensure it continues to sparkle into the future.
