Support apprentices and trainees

We support apprentices and trainees by:

providing information, support and advice about your apprenticeship or traineeship
helping you meet your training contract responsibilities
protecting you by making sure your employer, training organisation and Apprentice Connect Australia Provider carry out their contractual obligations
managing travel and accommodation subsidies
supporting apprentices and trainees with disabilities
issuing your completion certificate once you've successfully completed your apprenticeship or traineeship.

We fund Trade Apprentices, a free job matching service for apprentices who have lost their job and want to get back into their apprenticeship.

We support and advise all groups involved in Queensland-based apprenticeships and traineeships, including apprentices and trainees like you.
