Structure

Schooling in Queensland starts with Kindy followed by 13 years of primary and secondary school.

Over the 13 years of schooling, students' studies are focused on the following learning areas:

  • Health and Physical Education
  • Languages.

Prep to Year 10

The Prep Year is the first compulsory year of primary schooling in Queensland.
