Personal information collected by the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) is handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009. The QAS is collecting your personal information including your contact details and information about your ambulance treatment so we can respond to your compliment, complaint or feedback.
All personal information will be securely stored, and only accessible by QAS staff involved in responding to your compliment, complaint or feedback. Your personal information will not be disclosed to other third parties without your consent.
