Land valuations in 2025
On 23 August 2024 the Valuer-General announced the following Queensland local government areas will be included in the 2025 Valuation Program.

- Cairns Regional Council
- Cassowary Coast Regional Council
- Charters Towers Regional Council
- Logan City Council
- Murweh Shire Council
- Paroo Shire Council
- Quilpie Shire Council
- Rockhampton Regional Council
- Scenic Rim Regional Council
- South Burnett Regional Council
- Southern Downs Regional Council
- Toowoomba Regional Council
- Townsville City Council
Expert valuers from the State Valuation Service are currently working across the state collecting on-the-ground information, as well as conducting desktop assessments and research on property sales since the last valuation of these LGAs.
Once issued, the valuations will reflect land values on 1 October 2024, and are effective from 30 June 2025.

You can receive your land valuation on the day of issue when you register to receive your land valuation notice by email.
