Videos about bowel cancer screening

The National Bowel Cancer Screening Program (NBCSP) aims for early detection and prevention of bowel cancer to reduce the number of Australians who die each year from the disease.

Short videos are available to help answer questions you may have about the bowel screening program, and what happens if you receive a positive result.

Eligibility changes—From 1 July 2024, the eligibility age for this program will be reduced to 45. If you are an Australian and aged 45 to 49, you will be able to opt-in to the program by requesting your first free kit.
