Find parks and forests for camping
With around 490 camping areas across the state, Queensland National Parks has a camping option in parks and forests across the state to suit everyone. There are campsites for tents, camper trailers, caravans, and motorhomes. Bush campsites with no or few facilities, through to formal camping areas with facilities such as toilets, showers, picnic tables and barbecues.
Each camping area is different and you can use the Find a camping area search tool on the Parks and Forests website to search for the camping area with the features and facilities you want.

Individual park pages have important facility information and park alerts to keep you up-to-date with the latest information onaccess, closures and conditions. Make sure to check the parks alerts before visiting any of Queensland’s parks or forests.
